Returns & Exchanges

At Mixshe, we want you to love your new look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Mixshe account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
